This is a fun & challenging class for those with a strong foundation in the Bikram Yoga postures and methods of stillness, precise technique, and calm breathing. It is important that students of this class have established discipline and sensitivity in their practice.

Youth (ages 6-14) are invited to join us for the 35-minute floor series (with a paying parent/guardian) for just $5 per class - protocols will be explained prior to class. New students please arrive at 5:30.
