The Original Hot Yoga, tried and true for over 50 years, practiced at a lower temp than the usual "hot" class. 90 minutes of concentration, relaxation, stress elimination, pain relief, hard work, strength-building, movement, spine strengthening, respiratory therapy, and stillness.
All levels welcome! Bikram's posture sequence (26&2) and method in a 60-minute format. Good for when a 90-minute class can't be worked in to your day. :)

Every level of practitioner - from absolutely brand-new to very-seasoned Bikram student/teacher - will be taught with clarity, insight, and mastery.

Bikram Yoga with a special focus on families practicing together! Youth under age 14 are free with a practicing parent or grandparent.
New youth students start at the mid-class savasana; please join the Zoom meeting at 6:35 and you will be admitted by 6:40.
You are invited to join us for the beginner-friendly Bikram Yoga method at a lower temperature. Excellent for those not-yet heat-acclimated or those with higher blood pressure. Youth (ages 6 and up) are invited to join us for the 35-minute floor series and transition to the full class when they are ready - protocols will be explained prior to class. Please bring quiet activities (we request no screens/phones please) to do for the first portion of class.
New students please arrive at 5:30.
With a paying parent/guardian, it is a $5 drop-in for ages 6-13 and $10 drop-in for ages 14-17.

This is a fun & challenging class for those with a strong foundation in the Bikram Yoga postures and methods of stillness, precise technique, and calm breathing. Prerequisite: 50 Bikram Yoga classes and a current, regular practice - please contact Ann for exceptions. This class will also be practiced by the teacher, so there will be less instruction than in regular classes. It is important that students of this class have established discipline and sensitivity in their practice.
