The e84 Intermediate Class introduces new postures and skills to people who have a foundation in the Bikram method. It’s challenging, fun, and accessible and does not require any advanced skills. This class is not a fixed sequence, so expect to explore slightly different postures each time you participate. This class prepares students for the 84 Asanas class at a moderate pace.

This is a fun & challenging class for those with a strong foundation in the Bikram Yoga postures and methods of stillness, precise technique, and calm breathing. Prerequisite: 200 Bikram Yoga classes and a current, regular practice. This class will also be practiced by Ann, so there will be less instruction than in her regular classes. It is important that students of this class have established discipline and sensitivity in their practice.
